Magazines
It's always a great thing to have one or more spare magazines for your airgun. Shooting is much faster and therefore certainly more fun. Spare magazines are especially the domain of air guns powered by the carbon dioxide contained in the cartridge, or by compressed air supplied from a manual pump or cylinder. They usually have cylinder shape (in the case of airguns firing standard pellets) and have a standard capacity of around 10 shots. However, they can also be shaped like a real gun (e. g. an assault rifle) if the air rifle is a replica of some actual model. Standard break barrel airguns do not come equipped with a magazine, as they are single-shot airguns. An exception is the GAMO model series MULTISHOT 10X air rifles.
With magazines designed for pellets, the attention must sometimes be paid to the length of the pellet, which must not protrude from the magazine, otherwise it could cause malfunctions of the magazine, especially in the form of jamming. When choosing the right spare magazine, be guided by the model of the air gun and the caliber in question.
