When you personally return your goods to our branch, we most often pay you the money for the goods back immediately on site. | Can I return an item for any reason? |
You know exactly what you get. However, if you are not satisfied with the goods delivered, you can return them without giving a reason. You can return the goods within 14 days of receiving the shipment. We will refund you the money, or we will exchange the goods for different ones according to your wishes.
However, we will be very happy if you state the reason because we care about the satisfaction of our customers and we want to improve our services and products.
