Hydration bags are suitable equipment for maintaining a drinking regime, e.g. during hiking, various sports activities and tactical combat games (e.g. airsoft and paintball). They are primarily divided according to volume (e.g. 2 l, 2.5 l, 3 l). They are available in a variety of color designs (e.g., black, green, brown) and camouflage. Some hydration bags are equipped with the so-called M.O.L.L.E. carrying system, which allows the attachment of various holsters and other accessories compatible with this system. It is recommended to use pure water or mineral water in them. If you prefer flavored and sweetened beverages, it is important to clean the hydration bag regularly and thoroughly and allow it to dry. Neglecting regular cleaning can lead to the formation of difficult to remove odors.
