Dear customers,

If you need to know any further information about the status and delivery date of your order, enter the parcel number in the form below. The parcel number will be delivered to your email address on the day of dispatch, or it can be found in your user account.

In case you have not received the shipment, please contact the transport company Geis at the customer service line 00421 2/181 81, respectively by email at info@geis.sk in case your order includes some weapons its dispatched by special transport company to available on phone contact 00421 38 749 9230 or by email at śales@afg.sk, in this case you will be informed about the exact shipping number nearly before delivery. When communicating with the shipping company, use the number of your package (you can also find it in your user account on the next business day after the order was dispatched).
