The HELIOS 3-R tactical flashlight with ZOOM function is equipped with a special lens that allows refocusing between a narrow and a wide cone of light. In the case of the narrow cone of light option, the illuminated area at a distance of 10 m has a diameter of only 60 cm! The 3 W CREE LED chip used provides a luminous intensity of up to 200 lm. The flashlight is made of highly durable duralumin and thanks to its construction can withstand even rough handling. The metal switch button is located in the end cap. The switch is of tactical type - incomplete pressing of the button is used for lighting lasting only for the time of pressing, full pressing switches on the permanent light. Power for the flashlight is provided by a single 18650 battery, which can be charged in a compact charging adapter (with micro USB connector). This adapter easily connects to a regular smartphone charger with a micro USB connector. Using the included cable, the battery can also be charged from a PC or laptop. Two non-rechargeable CR 123A batteries can also be used to power the flashlight (e.g. as a backup) in combination with a spacer (included in the package), which limits the smaller diameter of these batteries.
