The Hound Tactical Recurve Crossbow is very accurate at long ranges. The power or bolt speed is up to 255 Fps - 78 m/s. The draw weight is 175 pounds. The high quality, lightweight, rear stock is length adjustable with screws, loosen and easily adjust as needed. The stock is made of rugged and durable plastic. This makes the crossbow weight only 2.37 kg. The limbs are made of durable fiberglass. The width of the limb when unstretched is approximately 66 cm (26"). Its total length is between 78 - 82 cm (30.7" - 32.28"), depending on the stock setting. The crossbow has a high quality machined aluminum alloy body, a Picatinny mounting rail for mounting tactical accessories, on which the lower handguard is attached for a more stable grip. The lower handguard is also a finger protector, it prevents inappropriate placement of fingers on the crossbow barrel, moreover, its position can be shifted. The mounting rail on the top is for optics, a red dot sight is also included in the package. The Hound is also equipped with fixed sights, laterally and height adjustable. To ease the cocking process, there is a metal foot stirrup and string cocker that make using the weapon really effortless. The crossbow has a patented Dry-Fire-Inhibitor technology that prevents dry firing. Dry firing damages both the string and the limbs. The safety is right-handed. Included are 16" duralumin bolts - 2 pieces, red dot sight, bolt quiver, shoulder strap, stringer aid, string cocker and rail lube.
