The company Česká Zbrojovka (Uherský Brod) was established in 1936. For a long time it focused on the development and production of firearms for the armed forces. In the years 1936 to 1990 they developed legendary weapons such as the submachine gun mod. 26 and 61, assault rifle SA mod. 58 and self-loading pistol mod. 75. It got also famous for the production of the legendary Slavia air rifles. Currently, Česká Zbrojovka offers a myriad of different models of small arms, small-caliber rifles and hunting rifles and a wide range of accessories to them, and is a successful global weapon manufacturer.
