What are EDC products?

You may have come across the abbreviation EDC for some products, but you may not know what it stands for. The abbreviation EDC is derived from the English phrase every day carry. EDC products are various items that are small in size and can be carried around with you in everyday life without any problems. In the Slovak language they can be aptly named as pocket items.

EDC products are not only small, but they are items that can help you in your daily life or make some life situations easier. For example, pocket knives, multifunctional knives, multifunctional tools, multifunctional key chains and other multi-purpose items and other pocket gadgets or pocket defenses can be considered as EDC products. A brand specifically focused on such products is e. g. the Czech brand eXtreme EDC. Read on to learn more about some EDC products.

EDC POCKET KNIVES AND MULTIFUNCTION TOOLS

A pocket knife can come in handy in a variety of life situations and is mainly characterized by its small size and closing blade. A typical example of such a knife is the folding knife Elite Force model EF 103 with a blade made of type 440A steel, a total length of 165 mm (with the blade open), a Liner Lock type safety and a metal clip for easy carrying.
