Cotton is breathable and absorbs moisture, which promotes thermoregulation, preventing overheating and excessive sweating. Polyester is durable and elastic, dries very quickly and does not wrinkle or otherwise deform even under heavy loads. It is resistant to sunlight and retains its qualities even with frequent washing.
