Limbs Steambow AR-series MAGNUM 120 lbs

Limbs MAGNUM 120 lbs AR series

Using bolts weighing less than 11.5 grams (178 grains) will damage the limbs, string, or crossbow (trigger). These limbss have a special fiberglass and carbon composite. Therefore, they have higher kinetic energy than classic fiberglass limbs with the same draw weight.

These limbs come complete with a string, limb tips, and a block for the AR-series open system (quick assembly and disassembly without the use of screws). They are designed for Steambow AR-series II and AR-series M10 crossbows. The limbs are not compatible with the first generation AR-6 Stinger I crossbows.

AR-series MAGNUM limbs have a draw weight of 120 pounds. To use them on older AR-6 Stinger II models (closed system), simply uninstall the block.

Technical parameters:

• Draw weight: 120 pounds
• Kinetic energy: 23 J
• Power: 215 fps
• Length: 44.5 cm
• Width: 2 cm
• Height: 4 cm

Ideal limbs for professional shooters and sports shooting at distant targets as well as hunting or defense. The limbs are not intended for everyday training. These limbs make the AR series crossbow an extremely powerful weapon! According to the manufacturer, these limbs are designed for the AR-6 Stinger II tactical, AR-M10 tactical, and AR-6 Stinger Survival crossbows. Very high penetration power combined with significantly increased range to the target, but the firing and cocking cycle is reduced at the expense of power. The limbs also require more care and do not tolerate mistakes. Even a single dry firing  can cause damage to the limb tips or the limbs themselves. We therefore recommend using metal tips with the product code: PK534 (0000560).

Not all combinations of limbs, crossbows, and bolts are suitable!

Recommended limb combinations with AR series crossbow models:

• The AR-6 Stinger II Compact crossbow is designed for fast and dynamic shooting, so it works really well only with lower draw weights. For this reason, we recommend CQ (35 lbs) or standard (55 lbs) limbs for optimal use.
• The AR-6 Stinger II Tactical excels in its versatility. It is suitable for use with limbs with a force of 35 to 120 lbs.
• The AR-6 Stinger II Survival, on the other hand, is a hunting crossbow and therefore needs sufficient power for hunting purposes. You will get this power from limbs with a power of 90 to 150 lbs.

Damage caused by dry firing or using a bolt that is too light is not covered by the warranty.
