Rescue knife RKY-02, combi blade and yellow grip

Special knife by Czech brand ESP model RKY-02 with a specific shape, which is especially suitable for emergency services and members of the prison and judicial guard corps. The blade with a length of 95 mm is made of knife steel type AUS-8 with grey titanium finish. The blade is 3 mm thick, serrated and finished with a sharp hook. The specific blade ending is used for e.g. quick cutting of a car seat belt in a car accident, cutting of textile handcuffs or cutting of the clothes of an injured person. The reliable LINER LOCK is released with the thumb. The knife handle has a pleasant ergonomic shape that fits well in the palm of the hand. An innovative solution of a metal clip has been used, which is partially recessed in the handle and does not protrude from it. This makes the knife great to hold for both right and left-handed users. The unique design of the knife is protected by an industrial pattern. The fine pattern on the surface of the handle prevents the knife from slipping out of the hand. It's made of durable PA6 polyamide, so it will last a lot. Thanks to the handy loop, you can hang the knife on your gear or keys. The knife is further equipped with a glass breaker, in which a tungsten carbide point is embedded. Thanks to it, even with a not too strong blow, you can reliably break glass, e.g. side windows of the car. The breaking point is not too sharp, so you cannot injure yourself with it during normal handling. The length of the open knife is 217 mm and the weight is 168 g. Handle in yellow color finish.
