The Pentagon EPOS tactical backpack, with a volume of 40 liters, is made of 500D nylon, which is tear-resistant. It is a water-repellent material that prevents mold and bacteria from forming on its surface. There are two side pockets where you can put, for example, a water bottle or things you want to have at hand. There is also a multifunctional pocket on the front with a sewn-in organizer with three small compartments, an administrative compartment at the top of the backpack, and a main compartment with a large Velcro fastener. The administrative compartment has a wide Velcro strip sewn onto it, which allows you to attach items such as a national flag or various patches and badges to give your backpack a personal touch. The front and sides of the backpack feature PALS/MOLLE straps for attaching additional equipment. The backpack has high-quality Japanese YKK zippers. To ensure good pressure distribution and prevent shoulder overload, the shoulder straps are padded with special 3D Airmes material. The back features a special 3D mesh lined with a non-slip pad. This mesh ensures good air circulation and protects the back from excessive sweating while wearing. The dimensions of the backpack are: 57 x 30 x 23 cm. Its weight is 1,415 grams. Explanation of the MOLLE system: PALS is an abbreviation for Pouch Attachment Ladder System, i.e. a carrying system for pouches. This system consists of straps sewn in several rows of equal height for various equipment, such as tactical vests or backpacks and the like. The straps are sewn into columns of equal width, creating regular rectangular fields in each row. Equipment and accessories with PALS attachment, which we refer to as MOLLE, are attached to the PALS system. MOLLE is therefore a comprehensive equipment system, and PALS attachment is part of it.

Backpack Care Instructions

• After using the backpack, especially outdoors, it is necessary to check that it is not damp. If it is damp or wet, it should be allowed to dry thoroughly. Do not dry in direct and harsh sunlight, this could cause discoloration or cause other damage to the material.
• Storing a wet (not dried) backpack can lead to the formation of mold on the surface and inside the backpack.
• Most backpacks are not designed to be machine washed and tumble dried. However, follow the symbols on the labels/tags for proper care.
• If the surface of the backpack becomes dirty, use mild soap, a soft cloth and warm water.
• Check the zippers from time to time; if they are clogged, e.g. with dust, clean them appropriately.
