The Boonie Classic hat is based on a proven military design, offering reliable protection for the head, face, and neck during outdoor activities. Its wide brim effectively shields against harsh sunlight while also providing protection from light rain. It is an ideal choice for hiking, bushcraft, camping, fishing, hunting, airsoft, and tactical use.

A major advantage is the detachable neck flap, which can be easily attached or removed depending on the conditions. It provides extra protection from the sun on hot summer days, while enhancing overall comfort in cooler or windy weather.

The hat is made from durable PolyCotton Ripstop fabric (60 % cotton, 40 % polyester), combining the natural breathability of cotton with the high strength of polyester. The ripstop weave enhances tear resistance, and the 220 g/m² fabric weight ensures an optimal balance between durability and comfort for all-day wear. Features a unique military camouflage pattern: PL Woodland.

• What is Ripstop? Ripstop is a high-strength fabric produced using a special weaving technique. Thicker threads are woven into the lightweight fabric at intervals of 5 – 8 mm, giving the material a textured, visible grid pattern. This enhances tear resistance; in practice, a tear is halted by the reinforced fiber and does not spread.
