Replica of the weapon

A replica of the weapon is a functional or non-functional copy of a weapon having the shape and dimensions identical or nearly identical to the original weapon, but the technological process of manufacture and the material of the components do not have to be identical to the original weapon. An imitation weapon is a functional or non-functional copy of a weapon which differs significantly in shape and dimensions from the original model.
