Barnett Thump 3 decelerator crossbow de-cocking bolt, 1 pc

Barnett decocking bolt for all crossbows that use standard duralumin or carbon bolts with a diameter of 7.9 - 8.8 mm and a maximum length of up to 22". The Barnett Thump 3 Decelerator decocking bolt is used to unload a cocked crossbow into a safe area. The Thump decocking bolt has a blunt tip and a prescribed weight as a true bolt. Ideal for unloading a crossbow in the field. The decocking bolt is reusable after being shot. It is marked with a colored vane, by which it is inserted into the rail like a real bolt. It is made for unloading your crossbow in the field without damaging it or damaging your hunting bolts. The unique rubber bolt head effectively stops the bolt after the bolt has been shot into the ground. Simply remove your bolts and insert the Thump 3 decelerator bolt with white vane into the rail, so that the string goes through the cross-section through the nock. Make sure you have clear unobstructed ground in front of you where you shoot. Before each shot, make sure the decocking bolt has a rubber safety bolt head fitted just below the tip insert, see (picture 1 on the package). Point your crossbow towards the ground and shoot the bolt into the ground about 10 meters in front of you. After pulling out the bolt, always slide the rubber brake just below the tip insert (picture 2 on the package). This way the bolt is ready for the next use.

Included in the package are three spare rubber brakes of the decocking bolt.
