They increase your ability to communicate with colleagues near you and also hear warning signals, approaching vehicles or the sounds of machines and processes. The 3M PELTOR ProTac III electronic hearing protectors are designed for use in noisy environments, where they provide noise-dependent attenuation for listening with ambient sound. They can be used when working in industrial zones, construction sites, shooting ranges, railways and other places where you need to hear sounds near you. Powered by 2x AA 1.5 V batteries.
