When can I expect my items?

You will still be informed about all changes of a process of your order by e-mail.

Estimated delivery period

The goods will be usually ship you in time certain by all goods (orders’ day is not accounted to the mailing date, the next day or – in case of ordering during weekend or holiday – the first working day is accounted). If the delivery period will be prolonged by any reason, a customer will be informed about it by e/mail or by phone.
  • Courier GLS - we will dispatch your goods the same day the payment has been cleared. Your goods will be delivered to you by GLS Group company, which offers online tracking system and you can track your package while traveling to your door. Goods delivered by GLS Group take about 5 to 7 days to arrive, according to destination. In case of the country where GLS Group does not opperate, we will use Slovak Mail Service. Unfortunately Slovak Mail do not use tracking system and we can only inform you about the date of dispatching at the local Slovak Mail office. Their delivering time takes slightly more but still should be with you in less than two weeks. In case your shipment does not arrive by the scheduled date, please contact us through our contacts, and we begin to identify where delays occurred.
  • Personal collection - you can purchase stock goods at day of ordering up to 4:00 p.m. We send you e-mail when goods will be prepared to the personal purchasing.

Every customer has to seriously check his items by the taking over and in case of clear signs of damaging he has to claim it by a deliverer, a post officer or a courier GLS. If you do not keep these conditions, a deliverer or a post officer do not accept your claim.

Information about delivery note of a product:

Information about delivery note of a product is notice under the name Delivery note, by the each product and it informs about time when product is available in a store.
  • Goods in stock - goods is available to taking over. If you make a order in a working day up to 10:00 o’clock, goods will be shipped in the same day (if it is available on a store)
  • Sold out - we offer goods but at the moment it is sold out and is not possible to order it. You can give goods to Guard-dog (we prepare new service) which immediately send you an e-mail when goods is available on a store.

We contact you as soon as delivery note is prolonged from unpredictable reasons.
