Step 1: Registration and Sign in

How to register or sign in?

If you are a new customer, open a new custom account as follows: click the “Registration” link on the right upward in the column Sign in. Enter your contact and personal information, read and accept the User agreement and Privacy Policy and click on the “Send a registration” button. Check your e-mail you originally registered with for a message with the confirming of your registration. Now you can sign in entering your User ID and password. If you have been already registered and your custom account is opened, you do not need to register again but click on the “Sign in” button.

Step 2: Purchase order

How to order our products?

Choose the rank of products you are interested in from the menu of listings. After that products will be displayed in the view with the photo, title and price. You can also choose an appropriate size or color of the product you are interested in. To view a listing in detail, simply click on the title or photo. The possibility of inserting the product into the basket will appear. If you know somebody who is interested in our products, you can inform him directly by using our page.

The basket with the total price of your purchase is displayed at the top in the right column. You can look over the basket by clicking on the Show the basket button. You can refine and change the amount of products or delete the product from the basket. Once you want to change the amount of the products, do not forget to click on the “green “ button and to delete the product from the basket click on the “red cross” button. After you have completed your purchase click on the Cash register button. Your purchase is in the basket now and you can follow the Payment methods.

Step 3: Payment methods

How to pay for our products?

In the case you want the package to be transmitted to the other than the invoice address, click on the “Delivery address” button and enter the delivery address. Select the “Delivery method” ( personally, by post, courier, etc.). Now choose the most suitable payment method and continue with the “Payment method” button.

Step 4: Shipping and handling methods within Slovakia

AFG SECURITY - CORPORATION, s.r.o. provides many different ways how to pay for your goods. By default we use GLS door to door courier. We are trying our best to achieve the best and competitive prices. That is why you can, appart from our sales, also save up money on P&P.
P&P is calculated from the value of your order and the method of your payment.
For all orders up to 110 Eur (incl. VAT) we charge follows:

1. C.O.D. (Cash on delivery) by GLS courier - 3.95 Eur, incl. VAT (119 SKK)
2. Payment directly into the account of our company - 2.97 Eur, incl. VAT (89.47 SKK)
3. Personal collection in our store - you don't pay anything for the delivery or packing
   

Prices shown here are valid only for the shipping within Slovakia and as long as the complete order is in one parcel. Splitting up of the order can increase shipping fees. For the shipping cost abroad the Slovakia please check following paragraph. We will inform you about the exact shipping fee of your order abroad after the order has been completed. We do not charge you for anything else. Packing of all our items is for free.

Step 5: Shipping and handling methods outside Slovakia

For deliveries to other countries customers can use bank transfer or card payment via our bank safe payment gateway. We accept all major credit or debit card. There are different groups according the country and weight of the parcel. All prices includes VAT.

• World 1: Delivery to Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria, Slovenia and Romania using payment in advance (card payment or bank transfer) – Parcel weight 0 – 5kg, delivery fee – 12,60 Eur, incl. VAT.
• World 1: Delivery to Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria, Slovenia and Romania using payment in advance (card payment or bank transfer) – Parcel weight 5.01 – 15kg, delivery fee – 21,60 Eur, incl. VAT.
• World 1: Delivery to Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria, Slovenia and Romania using payment in advance (card payment or bank transfer) – Parcel weight 15.01 – 40kg, delivery fee – 26,90 Eur, incl. VAT.
• World 2: Delivery to Poland, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Bulgaria, Switzerland using payment in advance (card payment or bank transfer) – Parcel weight 0 – 5kg, delivery fee – 23,40 Eur, incl. VAT.
• World 2: Delivery to Poland, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Bulgaria, Switzerland using payment in advance (card payment or bank transfer) – Parcel weight 5.01 – 15kg, delivery fee – 29,52 Eur, incl. VAT.
• World 2: Delivery to Poland, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Bulgaria, Switzerland using payment in advance (card payment or bank transfer) – Parcel weight 15.01 – 40kg, delivery fee – 33,66 Eur, incl. VAT.
• World 3: Delivery to Denmark, San Marino, Vatican, Italy, France, Monaco, United Kingdom using payment in advance (card payment or bank transfer) – Parcel weight 0 – 5kg, delivery fee – 28,20 Eur, incl. VAT.
• World 3: Delivery to Denmark, San Marino, Vatican, Italy, France, Monaco, United Kingdom using payment in advance (card payment or bank transfer) – Parcel weight 5.01 – 15kg, delivery fee – 35,44 Eur, incl. VAT.
• World 3: Delivery to Denmark, San Marino, Vatican, Italy, France, Monaco, United Kingdom using payment in advance (card payment or bank transfer) – Parcel weight 15.01 – 40kg, delivery fee – 40,35 Eur, incl. VAT.
• World 4: Delivery to Spain, Andora, Gibraltar, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Malta, Cyprus, Turkey using payment in advance (card payment or bank transfer) – Parcel weight 0 – 5kg, delivery fee – 71,64 Eur, incl. VAT.
• World 4: Delivery to Spain, Andora, Gibraltar, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Malta, Cyprus, Turkey using payment in advance (card payment or bank transfer) – Parcel weight 5.01 – 15kg, delivery fee – 111,85 Eur, incl. VAT.
• World 4: Delivery to Spain, Andora, Gibraltar, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Malta, Cyprus, Turkey using payment in advance (card payment or bank transfer) – Parcel weight 15.01 – 40kg, delivery fee – 134,28 Eur, incl. VAT.
• Cash on Delivery for parcels to Czech Republic would be 18,75 Eur, excl. VAT

Your goods will be delivered to you by GLS Group company, which offers online tracking system and you can track your package while traveling to your door. Goods delivered by GLS Group take about 5 to 7 days to arrive, according to destination. In case of the country where GLS Group does not opperate, we will use Slovak Mail Service. Unfortunately Slovak Mail do not use tracking system and we can only inform you about the date of dispatching at the local Slovak Mail office. Their delivering time takes slightly more but still should be with you in less than two weeks.
In case your shipment does not arrive by the scheduled date, please contact us through our contacts, and we begin to identify where delays occurred.

Step 6: Checkout and Completing the purchase

Check or readjust the accuracy of data and confirm the purchase order. In the case you find out an inaccuracy of data (e.g. incorrect delivery method), click on the “Display the basket” button and the Cash register will appear again. Enter the correct method and correct data. Now your products are in the basket again and you can continue with payment methods. After that you will receive the confirmation e-mail. In the case of problems with completing the purchase order, you can send it directly to our e-mail address: This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it (do not forget to add all purchasing details, your delivery address and a cell phone number).

Step 7: Personal collection

AFG Company not only offers you a comfortable delivery to your door via courier but we also offer the opportunity to collect your order in person - personal collection. If you choose this method of collection you will pay for goods in our shop personally. We will confirm the date and exact time for your collection which will suit your needs. Goods can be collected in person on the street Javorová 451/32, Veľké Bielice (see our contacts with the map).

1. On www.afg.sk selecting the goods you want to buy.
2. Insert it into the Shopping Cart, click ADD TO BASKET, located on each product.
3. Go into your Shopping Cart / Pay. This step will take you to Shopping Cart content.
4. If you are interested in buying the goods carry on to checkout clicking on the word PAY.
5. If you already have an account with us, you can log in and carry on to checkout. Otherwise you can create you new account with us and then carry on to checkout. As a payment option choose Personal Collection - payment in cash. As a method of transport choose Personal Collection. At the end click on the icon CONFIRMED to place the order. You will receive a confirmation on your email.
6. We will contact you by telephone and agree the exact date and hour of collection.
