If you need claim goods, which has been ordered by us, or you want to return it to us, please, read seriously following information. ................................................................. Guarantee period for all products which you have ordered in our on-line shop AFG SECURITY-CORPORATION, is standard 24months. The guarantee period begins on day when a costumer takes over goods. It is prolonged by period during which is product in repair due to added documents about previous repair (claim). Later claims of incompleteness of delivery or later claims of mechanical damaged goods have not to be accepted. A buyer has to mention discovered faults in written form i.e. he has to mention what faults there are and how they cause. Claimed goods (the best after the negotiation with us) send us at your own expenses on address of service centre AFG SECURITY-CORPORATION, s.r.o., Javorova 451/32, 95804 Veľké Bielice. Please do NOT send us goods using Cash on delivery! You connect a copy of bill, which we have sent you by e-mail with goods; and a copy of receipt, right fulfilled warranty card, which includes date and place of purchase (firms’ stamp); sellers’ signature, sign of type and a serial number of goods (in case it exists), which be claimed; to a packet. If you need some information about place of warranty or post warranty service, we make it available on demand by phone or by e-mail. After receiving claimed goods we immediately inform you by e-mail or by phone and we agree on quick solving of problem together: we change you claimed goods (piece for piece), or you choose another one (in same price) or we refund you money. We make decision about a claim as soon as possible, in more difficult situation mainly when it is necessary professional reviewing of faults, our decision can take more time, but no more than 30 days since receiving of claimed goods, if we do not agree on longer period together. After the expire of this period you have same right as by the persistent fault. We directly inform you about claims’ results after the decision by phone or by e-mail and simultaneously we send you a letter of complaint by e-mail or by post. Before the first usage a costumer has to seriously study all guarantees’ conditions including a user guide. If a buyer uses goods contrary to user guide, he is responsible himself for all consequences which arises and his claim is unjustified. A seller does not take a responsibility for faults resulted from goods’ usage, from functional characters and for faults resulted from unprofessional usage of goods same as for faults caused by external acts and bad manipulation. There exist no claims for faults of these types. A claim does not apply to the faults arisen by usually usage of goods, bad manipulation, unprofessional or unjustified intervention as by usage, maintenance and installation which are contrary to user guide. A claim is unjustified also in case of mechanical damaging caused by customer, damaging caused by oversized and unsuitable usage, neglecting and by penetration of foreign bodies (dust, liquid...) into the goods, or damaging caused by usage of great power. A claim does not apply to goods with damaged safety stamps, labels, and serial numbers or to goods with signs of unqualified reparation. A seller is not responsible for faults of goods when he draws customer attention to these faults in time of concluding a contract and in the same time this customer does not refuse goods’ receiving. In case of used goods, a seller isn’t responsible for faults answered to usage or wears which are a part of goods by his purchase. A costumer covers all transport cost binding with transport of claimed goods to our firm. A seller covers transport costs by repeated delivery of goods after the justified claim. If we do not accept your claim you can takeover your goods personally in a store or we can send it cash on delivery. |
