With us you are certain what you get. In spite of it, if you are not satisfied you can return goods to us without any reasons. You can return goods to us in 7 days from the receiving of goods, but these have to be undamaged, packaged and unused. 1. The consumer is entitled to renege a contract without giving any reason to seven days from day of the taking delivery or from day on which a contract of providing services is concluded, if seller rightly and in time fulfil all information obligations according to the law § 10 number 108/2000 Legal Code.
2. In view of the fact that in case of backing out of a contract, a contract is defeated from the very beginning. Supplier refund or reimburse buyer, same buyer refund or reimburse supplier all mutual received conditions.
3. If customer decides to back out of a contract in period noticed in the 1stpoint, he has to adhere to following conditions:
a) Contact us and communicate that he applies for the backing out of a contract included orders’ number, his name and surname, purchases’ date and his accounts’ number or address for refunding;
b) If buyer accepts and takeovers goods, he ships it back to our address (see our Contacts) at his own expenses. The adequate carefulness for goods has to be adhered. Please, send goods back:
- in original undamaged state,
- unused,
- undamaged,
- complete (including package, instructions etc.),
- together with proof of purchase,
- the adequate carefulness for goods has to be adhered.
c) If you fulfil all the above mentioned conditions for reclaiming goods we refund you money by bank transfer on your account no later than 15 days in accordance with the law.
d) Please, send goods by recorded delivery and insured, to what extent we are not responsible for its potential loss on the way to us. We do not accept cash on delivery.
e) In case that consumer renege a contract and deliver already used, damaged or incomplete goods to supplier, supplier refund consumer paid cost of acquisition for goods quoted in obligator accepting a order, or supplier refund consumer reduced part of this price in accordance to the regulation § 457 of Civil Code. This part of price is brought down by 1% of total goods’ price for every day of usage goods and by value of reparation and restoration of goods to its original condition in lawful period of 15 days.
f) In case that consumer do not adhere someone of the above mentioned conditions, we can not accept backing out of a order and we send goods back to customer at his own expenses.
