Do you deliver to France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, UK etc. (other EU countries) and how much for the delivery?

Yes, we do deliver to France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, United Kingdom and all other countries of EU. Postage fees for - Czech Republic; Hungary; Poland; Germany, Slovenia and Austria is 10.04 EUR incl. VAT and for any other country is 35.7 EUE incl. VAT.

Do you delivery to USA, Canada and other countries of American continent?

Unfortunately, we do not delivery to USA, Canada and other contries of the American continent. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Do you delivery ASIA and Australia?

This depends on the coutry of your origin. Please, drop us a line to confirm the possibility.

How will you send my parcel and can I track my parcel?

Your goods will be delivered to you by GLS Group company, which offers online tracking system and you can track your package while traveling to your door. Goods delivered by GLS Group take about 5 to 7 days to arrive, according to destination. In case of the country where GLS Group does not opperate, we will use Slovak Mail Service. Unfortunately Slovak Mail do not use tracking system and we can only inform you about the date of dispatching at the local Slovak Mail office. Their delivering time takes slightly more but still should be with you in less than two weeks. In case your shipment does not arrive by the scheduled date, please contact us, and we begin to identify where delays occurred.

When will sold out goods be available in stock?

You can give sold out goods into Guard-dog and you can monitor when it will be available. As soon as your goods are available, Guard-dog send you e-mail and it draws you attention. We do not know to tell you when goods will be available again; it can take a week or several months. We prepare this service.

Can I place phone order?

Yes, you can make an order by phone on a number 038/7499230.

But it is advantageous to make an order online - sums of your orders are added up and you receive loyalty bonus due to your received turnover. You can read more about these discounts on our website - VIP programme.
We send different abatements and discounts’ coupons to our registered costumers.
You cannot set up a claim to abatements or any other discounts’ coupons in case of ordering over the phone.

I forgot my login or my password, could you help?

No problem. We will email your log in details (username and password) to e-mail. Carry on here.

I can't find the payment link for payments with credit / debit card.

In case you haven't paid right after the confirmation of your order you can find link which will take you to the payment gateway in your account maintenance:

  1. Open your 'Account Maintenance'.
  2. Find your 'Order Information' section and click 'View'.
  3. You will see 'Pay via TatraPay' icon which will take you to the payment gateway.
  4. Follow the instruction, fill in all the required information and confirm your payment.
